The 336 Coalition was given a very warm welcome by Lewistown Mayor Barry Blackwell with a handshake and a check for $2,600 representing $1 for each resident of Lewistown. The City was also very gracious in providing help with the pavilion and with placing 336 signs along the routes into Lewistown.

The 336 Coalition has always enjoyed and appreciated the strong support it has received from the areas in and around Quincy. Here, Senator Laura Kent Donahue addresses the audience and pledges her support. Representative Art Tenhouse has also been a long time supporter but was unable to attend the event.

While an Expressway features 65 mph travel, of great importance to families along the path of the highway is the ability to access or cross the highway. Here a rural farm household has direct access to the highway.

Macomb was well represented at the Rally showing the broad support for this important transportation link that will connect Macomb to Peoria. Importantly 336 would make Peoria the crossroad of two major transportation links.
